1 ounce (1/8 cup) milk
2 Bananas (medium, mashed)
1 1/3 cup bread flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Make sure all ingredients are room temperature
Measure egg, butter, milk and bananas into the bread machine pan & set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients
Mix well & add to the bread pan
Use quick bread setting on your machine
