2 Cans Rotel© Tomatoes
1 Chub Jimmy Dean© Hot Sausage
Red Pepper Flakes(optional)

Directions:
Brown sausage until no longer pink, drain well, sop up extra grease with paper towels. Put everything in crock pot, heat on low for 4-8 hours on high. Enjoy with tortilla chips.

Can use mild, original or spicy Rotel. Add red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
