Cream cheese frosting:

½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 pkg. ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3¾ cups powdered sugar

Vanilla butter cream frosting:

3 cups powdered suger
⅓ cup butter or margarine, softened
1 ½ tbsp. milk

Cream cheese frosting: ( 3,160 calories per batch.)

1. In a large bowl beat butter and cream cheese with a electric mixer on medium speed 2 to 3 minutes, scraping
bowl occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in vanilla then powdered sugar. Add more sugar as needed until frosting is a thick spreadable consistency.
3. Spread on cooled cake.

Vanilla Butter cream Frosting: (1,960 calories per Batch.)

1. In a medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and butter with a spoon or electric mixer on low.
2. Gradually beat in just enough remaining milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too thick,
beat in more milk a few drops at a time. If frosting is too thin beat in a small amount of powdered sugar.

Makes enough frosting to frost a 13" X 9" cake generously.
