Directions:
Soaking the beans in water the night before will require less cooking
time. Otherwise, it will take 2½ hrs. to cook. Rinse the beans in a
big sauce pan 2x. Put plenty of water afterwards to start cooking the
beans on medium heat. Place lid so it's not tight to allow some steam
to get out. Bring to a first boil & keep adding water so the beans don't
burn. When cooked, beans should be soft when squeezed between two fingers.
