4 c. flour (Gold Medal)
1 tsp. baking powder
1½ tsp. salt
¾ c. shortening (crisco)
1¼ c. warm/hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients. Add crisco & continue to mix with your
hands. Should resemble small peas. Add the water a bit at a time
until the dough forms. Cover the dough with a dish towel & let it
rest 10 min. Mix with both hands until smooth. Make small balls.
Roll out & bake one side on warm/hot griddle. Then the other side.
