1½ c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1½ c. Bran
1 c. grated Carrots
2 Eggs
¼ c. Vegetable Oil
1½ c. Milk or Orange Juice
2 tbsp. Vinegar
½ c. Honey
¼ c. Molasses
½ c. Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first six ingredients in large bowl. Mix eggs and oil for 3 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients to egg mixture, then add to large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake 375ºF for 20-25 minutes. Makes approx. 16 muffins.
