Medium to large mushrooms stems removed
Jack cheese
Mayonnaise
Pickled jalapeņo slices
Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms
Scrape out some of the inside
Add just enough mayonnaise to grated jack cheese to make it smooth
Chop a few jalapeņo slices finely and add to jack cheese mix
Remember, a few go a long way
Stuff mushrooms then broil until tops are slightly golden
Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving
