5 1/2 cps. thinly sliced pickling cucumbers (1 1/2 lb.)
1 1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 cp. thinly sliced sweet onion
1 cp. sugar
1 cp. white vinegar
1/2 cp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/8 tsp. ground tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers and salt in large, shallow bowl. Cover and chill about 2 hours. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain well. Return cucumbers to bowl and mix in onions. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan over medium heat and simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour hot mixture over cucumbers and let sit for an hour at room temp. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
