1 c. Butter
1 c. Shortening
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Roll into balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten with a glass. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes.

These cookies are kind of fragile but they are sooooooooo good if you like coconut.
