1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
¾ cup of milk
½ tbsp. salt and dash of pepper
½ tsp. powdered mustard
½ tbsp. sage
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 large egg beaten
¼ cup bread crumbs (Panko)
1 tbsp. butter ( melted )
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Remove any shell from the crab. cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually and cook until thick stirring constantly. Add seasoning and lemon juice, stir a little of the hot mixture into egg. Add to remaining sauce stirring constantly. Add crab and parsley place in 6 well greased shells combine butter and crumbs, sprinkle over top of each shell.

Bake at 350 º for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
