For the Osteia Cookies:
1 cup cold water
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oil

Filling:
1 bar German sweet chocolate
1/2 pound chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
4 cups honey
1 pound toasted almonds

For the Osteia Cookies:
Mix thoroughly the water, flour, sugar and oil. Every 30 minutes stir for the next 6 to 8 hours. Bake on an Osteia iron.

For the filling:
Mix thoroughly. Take two Osteia cookies and place the filling between the two cookies like a sandwich.
