Unbaked pie crust
10-12 slices bacon fried and crumbled
⅓ c minced onion
1 cup mixed swiss cheese and cheddar cheese
4 eggs whisked
2 c cream
¾ tsp salt
¼tsp sugar
⅛ tsp cayenne
Sauteed mushrooms
Cauliflower or broccoli or both partially cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon, cheeses, and onion on bottom of crust
Add veggies
Blend together remaining ingredients
Pour on top
Bake 425º for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 300º bake 30 minutes more or until knife inserted in middle comes out ckean
Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes before slicing
