1 cup self risings corn meal 1/2 cup self rising flour 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil or melt butter or margarine 1 cup whole kernel corn (drain) 1 cup shredded cheese 4 strips thick bacon cook and chopped Red pepper flakes (you decide how much pinch or dash or tablespoon) 1/4 cracking (optional found usually in meat department)
Mix all ingredients together Meal, flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, add corn, cheese, red pepper flakes, cracking, oil. Bake in in a grease. 9x9 pan ( you can use a medium iron skillet) Cook for 45 minutes until done.
