6 (4 oz) halibut fillets, 2 inches thick
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 c. Japanese style bread crumbs (Panko)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425ºF. Place fish in 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.
Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
