1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp prepared Dijon style mustard
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets
1 Tbsp margarine, melted
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat over to 350ºF. Lightly grease a baking sheet
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice. Stir in 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over fish.
In a small bowl, mix together melted margarine, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over coated halibut.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
