2 cups shredded cooked corned beef
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese divided

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1 cup cheese until blended; spoon into 9" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Increase heat to broil. Broil 2" from heat source 8 minutes or until casserole is golden brown.
