2 pounds of chopped meat. -Mix lean beef and veal
1 roasted chopped onion cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp ketsup
1 Tbsp mustard
⅓ tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well with fork
Let stand for ten minutes
Mix again

Place on flat surface,wet hands and form two ovals
Add two shakes of ground pepper
Half a teaspoon of terriyake sauce

Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
