2 lbs. of Ground Beef, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped Onions
2 tbsp.Oil
1 c. diced Celery
10 c. Tomatoes
6 c. Kidney Beans
1 c. Tomato Paste
1½ tbsp. Salt
pinch Oregano
1 to 3 tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet©
1 tsp. Pepper
pinch of Cayenne Pepper
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in oil; add celery and cook until tender. Drain. Add tomatoes and beans. Combine tomato paste with pepper, salt, cayenne, oregano, sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Kitchen Bouquet©. Blend well and stir into chili. Bring to boil. Then add water, stir and simmer an hour over low heat. Makes about a gallon. Can be frozen.
