¼ cup grainy mustard
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup honey
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dried tarragon.
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced finely
2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 350º .
2. Trim any excess fat or skin from the chicken breasts, and rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels
then set aside.
3. Combine the grainy mustered, Dijon mustered, honey, soy sauce, tarragon and ginger in a large bowl. Add the
chicken breasts and toss to coat.
4.Place the chicken breasts and sauce in a roasting dish, spooning sauce over the breasts. Bake for 45 minutes or until the breasts register 175 degrees and the juice runs clear. spoon sauce over the breasts and serve.
