¾ lb. large shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
¾ tsp. salt
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. sherry
1 small diced onion
1 tsp. sugar
¼ cup water
¾ cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Using high flame, heat frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Brown garlic clove's. Fry shrimps on both sides for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Heat pan again and add 1 tablespoon of oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ginger root. Add water, fried shrimp, ketchup. sherry, onion and bring to a boil. Add sugar, and pepper and cook and stir for ½ minute.
