1 bag of spinach
1 large container of ricotta cheese ( about a pound )
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 box large shells
1½ jars of Bertolli roasted garlic spaghetti sauce, or sauce of your choice.

Boil the shells in lightly salted water until soft and tender. Cook the spinach until it is soft. Squeeze as much of the water out of the spinach as you can.

Mix the ricotta cheese, spinach, nutmeg, black pepper and ½ cup of the Parmesan together, and stuff the shells with it.

Place in a large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour the Bertolli sauce over the stuffed shells, and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the stuffed shells and Bertolli sauce.

Bake at 350 º for 30 to 45 minutes.
