Ingredients:  
1lb can tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
3/4 cup green pepper (finely chopped)
3/4 cup celery (finely chopped)
3/4 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
2 tsp parsley (snipped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
3 tbsp white or apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 qt tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except tomato juice in a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Chill the tomato juice.
Combine above mixtures for serving. Use more tomato juice if you prefer the mixture less "pulpy" or if you want it to serve more people.
