Ingredients:  
1 cans Le Sueur Tiny Early Peas
¼ cup onion ,chopped fine (optional, I don't use onion)
½ cup celery , chopped fine
½ head of iceberg lettuce chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 heaping Tablespoons mayonnaise (more if needed)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add more mayonnaise if needed to make a nice dressing for the salad. Chill before serving.
