24 wonton wrappers. each cut horizontally in half
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
8 oz ground beef
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup pico de gallo
¼ cup sour cream
Chopped cilantro and hot sauce for garnish

Preheat oven to 375º Spray 24 mini muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.

Place 2 wonton halves in each cup, overlapping to form an X . Bake 6 to 8 min or until golden and crisp.

In 10 " skillet, heat oil on med-high and brown beef until cooked through . Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water and simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring .

In each wonton cup, layer 1 Tbsp meat mixture and 1 Tbsp cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Top cups with pico de gallo and sour cream; garnish with cilantro and hot sauce, if desired.
