1 stick butter
1 cup Skim or Almond Milk
2 cups Sugar or Splenda© / Divided
1½cups baking mix (Bisquik©)
2 pints cooked apples / other fruit (can used canned or frozen)
2 teaspoons apple pie spice (if using apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Melt butter in the sprayed baking dish. Mix baking mix, ½ cup of Sweetener you choose, and milk.to make a batter.Pour batter over butter in the pan.
Mix the fruit, spices and remaining Sweetener. Pour fruit mixture over the batter.
The batter will rise to the top as it bakes.
Bake for 1 hour.

Serve Warm with Whipped Cream or Ice Cream.
