Soup-1 lb pork neck bones or ribs
8-10 cups of water
Garlic clove
2 cans of beets
Shot of vinegar
2 tbsp. of flour
1/2 pint of sour cream

Noodles-
1 Cup flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Water to form dough

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork and water onto boil for an hour and a half.
Remove all that floats to the top, and add beets garlic and vinegar.
In a seperate bowl mix flour with water to form a paste, then fold in sour cream. Slowly add some of the hot soup to the bowl(this keeps it from curdling) When the mixture is up to the soups heat then add to the pot.
Simmer the mixture and add noodles and enjoy!

To make the noodles mix flour, egg, salt and water knead into a dough use a grater to form into noodles and then boil and drain.
