1-1 1/2 cups rhubarb , diced
1 cup raisins or dates
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
in a pan, cook rhubarb, raisins and water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and mix well/ Drop by spoonful on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350º degrees for 15 minutes.
