1 10 oz. can tomato sauce
¾ c. bourbon
½ c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 lb. meat balls or smoked sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, bourbon and brown sugar. Add onions into medium sauce pan. Stir until well mixed. Add meat and simmer over low heat or bake at 300º for 1 hour. Serve on chafing dish to keep warm.
