Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
4 russet potatoes
½ stick of butter
2 squeezes of fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim the fat off the chicken and slice them in half

2. In a pan, add the chicken, cut butter pieces, and 2 squeezes of garlic. Stir the chicken around in the butter and garlic. Flip and cook the chicken evenly on high. After about 10 minutes, lower the heat and cover the pan. Watch the chick so it does not burn!

3. Wash the potatoes, cut off the ends, and poke holes in the potatoes. Place the potatoes in the microwave for 6 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side. If you want them to be crispy, set the oven to 400º and place them in the oven for an hour. (30 minutes on each side.)
