Cream Mix
2 ½ pound packages of cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 tsps vanilla
½ teaspoon lemon juice

Topping
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
3½ tbsps sugar

Pie Crust
1½ packets gram crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixer, blend the gram crackers to a fine mix. Then add ½ cup of butter and mix well. Add the mix to the pie pan. Place in the oven at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.

2. Using an electrical mixer, mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add more lemon juice for better tasting!! Pour over the pie crust and return to oven for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to not over cook it! Once the edges start to rise take it out!

3. While to pie is cooking, mix together all the ingredients for the pie topping. After you remove the pie from the oven, let cool for 5- 8 minutes and pour the pie topping over it. And return to oven for 5 minutes. Place in fridge to cool.
