1- 1 ½ lbs chuck or butt roast
10-12 tiny red potatoes
20 carrots
½ white onion
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 box beef broth
1 cream of onion soup packet

Directions:
Directions:
1. sear the meat in a little bit of oil on high front and back

2. In the crock pot add the one large can of the cream of mushroom soup. Then add the meat. After add the packet of seasoning on top of the meat.

3. Cut onion in large pieces and cut the potatoes in half. Add all the vegetables on top of the meat. Then add the broth based on how much liquid is needed.

4. Place crock pot setting on high if you will be home in 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
