6 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of paprika
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. light cream
1 c. milk
12 oz. frozen lobster meat, thawed
1 lb. cooked shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt and nutmeg and blend until smooth. In a separate medium bowl, combine egg yolks, cream and milk and then gradually add to the flour mixture and cook until thickened. Add lobster meat and shrimp and cook until heated.
