raw butt ham 2 parts water 1 part vinegar 2 C. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard
Stab ham. Put in large pot and cover with water & vinegar. Cover and simmer for 3 hours. Remove ham & remove skin and fat. Place in baking dish. Pat sugar/mustard mixture on ham. Cover with foil. Bake about 1 hour at 325.
