1 Cup Oleo
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ¾ Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Oatmeal (Quick)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, white sugar and brown sugar; add eggs. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt; add to first mixture. Add vanilla, oatmeal, and coconut. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º for 15 to 17 minutes. Use teaspoon of dough for each cookie.
