3 cups sifted all purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup margarine
½ cup sugar
1 egg (unbeaten)
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together
In another bowl cream margarine and sugar thoroughly
Add egg and vanilla
Beat until fluffy
Gradually stir in sifted ingredients until well blended
Roll small amounts of dough ⅛" thick
Shape with cookie cutters as desired
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes
