4 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup margarine
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Combine flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.
Cream together margarine, oil, and sugars in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Use electric mixer at medium speed.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla.
Gradually stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 3" apart on greased baking sheets. Flatten each with greased bottom of drinking cup dipped in sugar
Bake 10 min
(You can add nuts, coconut, raisins, chocolate chips, etc. to the dough)
