1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
5 tablespoons milk
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
2 cups flour
1 cup raisins
2 cups oatmeal
nuts (if desired)
