Cuttlefish
8 Ounce

Shrimp
8 Ounce

Fennel/Celery
1⁄2 , thinly sliced

Green pepper
1 , sliced

Tomato
1 , chopped

Lemon juice
2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)

Olive oil
2 Ounce

Capers
2 Tablespoon

Chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon

Wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon

Oregano
1 Pinch

Salt
1⁄2 Teaspoon

Pepper
1 Pinch
Directions
Simmer cuttlefish in lightly salted water for 10 minutes.
Cool and drain.
Cook shrimp for 3 minutes in unsalted water.
Cool and drain.
Cut cuttlefish into thin slices, and place in a large bowl with all the other ingredients.
Toss well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
