Concord grapes (no set qty provided- took about 3 containers)
¾ cup sugar per (2) cups of pulp/rind mix
2 tbsp cornstarch/water mix to make paste
Lump of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pick off grapes from bunch- pick over and wash
Separate the pulp from the rind by squeezing the pulp into one container and putting the rinds in another container
Bring the pulp to a boil (no water)
Stir frequently on medium heat (be careful because it can stick easily)- the seeds will separate from the pulp when heated through
Run pulp and seeds through colander to separate the seeds
Discard the seeds
Add pulp to rinds and combine
Add 3/4 cup sugar to 2 cups of pulp/rind mix
Heat back up
Add 2 tbsp cornstarch into water and make a paste
Add to the mixture
Heat and stir, bring to boil
Add lump of butter
Add more sugar if needed
Cool slightly before putting into pie shell
Bake at 425º for about 30 minutes
