1 lb. Hot sausage
24 fresh jalapeno peppers ( tops off and seeded)
1 box oven fry (pork flavor)
1 1/2 cups Bisquick Mix
1 egg
8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese
2 cups of Cheddar both grated

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff cleaned out peppers with Jack cheese. Then mix together: sausage, bisquick and cheddar cheese.
Pinch a ball off to make walnut size patty into a thin pancake like.. Wrap this over your peppers, dip in egg and roll in dry oven fry.

Put into oven at 325º and bake for 35 min. or until done.
