1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 qt. fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

1. Place 1 stick butter into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and melt in oven while it preheats; remove when butter is melted.
2. Mix sugar, self-rising flour and milk with a spoon or small whisk.
3. Pour over melted butter.
4. Pour 1 qt. fresh fruit onto batter; do not stir, but can cut fruit in gently with a knife.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes.

In memory of our dear friend, Calvin. This was a dish he loved making for friends and family. He was a retired Air Force cook who had lost his vision, but was still one of the best cooks I've ever known!
