1 small/medium red onion 4-6 medium ripe tomatoes 1/2 bunch cilantro 1 can black beans 1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing 4-6 ripe avacados
Finely chop first three ingredients and combine in mixing bowl. Drain beans and add to bowl. Add salad dressing and blend with a wooded spoon. Cut avacados (not too small) and gentrly blend into mixture.
This is my Aunt Peggy's recipe. My family loves it especially with Hint of Lime chips!
