1 Tbsp butter
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 8 pieces
1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper Stroganoff
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. milk
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
2 Tbsp milk

In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Cook chicken in butter, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Stir in mushrooms; cook 2 min. stirring frequently. Stir in hot water, sauce mix, 1 c. milk and the cream cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Stir in uncooked pasta; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 7 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Mix Hamburger Helper seasoning mix and 2 Tbsp milk in bowl, using fork, for 30 sec. Stir into pasta mixture.
