Directions:
Dough:
Dissolve the three packages of yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, add melted butter and salt. Add 1 cup of flour at a time and stir dough. The dough should not be dry but not be wet, add one additional cup of flour if needed. Form a ball with the dough.

Spray a bowl with Olive oil spray and spray the dough ball. Place dough ball in bowl and cover with a towel. The dough needs to rise for 1 hour. Can be placed in the microwave for a minute on high and then left to rise in the darkness/warmth of the microwave for the hour.

While dough is rising, make the sauce. In a bowl mix garlic, salt, oregano and the Contadina canned sauces together and set aside.

After the dough rises, divide dough in 1/2 Working with 1/2 half of the dough at a time. Place the other ball back into bowl and cover back up with the towel.

Take a pizza pan and lightly dust it with corn meal. Take your dough ball and start to work it with your hands to stretch it to fit the pizza pan. Once you have it stretched out slightly you can place it onto the pizza pan and stretch it the rest of the way using your fingers.

Cover dough with desired amount of sauce, veggies, meats and cover generously with mozzarella cheese. If using Italian sausage and/or pepperoni sprinkle a light dusting of breadcrumbs before the cheese. This will prevent any pooling of juice from the meats.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, once oven is up to temperature wait 15 minutes before baking pizza.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is begins to turn a light golden brown.
