1 package Stouffers Spinach Souffle
1 cup untoasted bread crumbs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1 teaspoon minced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
24 large mushroom caps
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place 24 large mushroom caps on a baking tray.

Mix spinach, lemon juice, minced onion and salt together. Brush mushroom caps with melted butter/margarine, stuff with spinach mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
