1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 onion, chopped (or green onions)
4 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in sealable salad bowl. Keep refrigerated. Serve with tostado scoops. I call this my ABC salad...a "go-to" for all occasions!
