1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can tuna, drained
1 cp. fresh spinach
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill and pepper together. Toss with other ingredients in salad bowl.
