Meatballs
1 lb ground pork or chicken
1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup onions
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp pepper
1½ Tbsp bread crumbs - for meatballs
1 Tbsp Oregano, basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp soy sauce

Sauce
2 Tbsp oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup parsley
1 Tbsp basil
½ tbsp oregano
2 large cans tomato sauce
½ can small tomato paste
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
½ cup onions
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sauce ingredients for 1 ½ hours with lid on. Simmer when sauce starts to boil. Sauce splatters, so watch sauce.
2. Mix meatball ingredients together and roll into meatballs.
3. Fry meatballs in small amount of oil.
4. Once sauce is cooked, add drained meatballs.
