4 Bone-in Pork Chops, 1-1/2 inch thick, fat trimmed
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
1 box Pork or Chicken Flavored Instant Stuffing Mix
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
For the Stuffing: Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box and set aside to cool.

Slit chops to make a pocket. Stuff chops, secure pockets with toothpicks, and set aside.

In a Dutch oven or electric skillet, melt butter and brown chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Cook at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the chops reach 150 degrees.
