Beat 3 eggs w/ 2 cups whole milk, add ½ plus a tad sugar,
Tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, pour into corning ware dish

Put dish in pan with some water, sprinkle with nutmeg
Bake @ 325º for 1 hour
